Service Agreement for Advertising

By advertising on fsbo-iowa.com, you accept the following:

1. For $150 you will receive an advertisement on fsbo-iowa.com for up to 6 months.
2. We will rent you a 24" x 18" aluminum yard sign and an Info Tube, and we will provide you with (2) directional signs. We will contact you to schedule a time to deliver the signs within 1-2 days after you create an account on fsbo-iowa.com. Additional directional signs are available for $8 each. Open House signs are available for $6 each.
3. Yard signs and Info Tubes are the property of fsbo-iowa.com. Let us know when you've sold your property or wish to cancel your listing, and we'll come out and pick up the sign and Info Tube. A Fifty Dollar ($50) fee for the sign will be charged if the sign is not returned to fsbo-iowa.com in an acceptable condition.
4. fsbo-iowa.com does not receive a commission when you sell your property.
5. You agree to provide information about your property that is accurate. fsbo-iowa.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the content of online listings.
6. Your advertisement term expires when you sell your property, take your property off the market, list with a real estate agent or broker, or at the end of 6 months - whichever comes first.
7. We are sorry but we cannot refund your payment when you cancel your advertisement. The cost of your advertisement is incurred within the first 1-2 days after you submit your advertisement.
