List Your Property

Our Listing Package costs $150 for up to 6 months.
That is a one-time flat fee. We do not take a commission when you sell your property.

Our Listing Package includes the following services to help you sell your property:

• Includes up to 12 photos
  (You provide photos, or we can take them for you*)

With your listing we provide:

• An aluminum Yard Sign, customized with your phone number (see Yard Sign)
• (2) Directional Signs (see Directional Sign)
• 'Sale and Pending' and 'Sold' Signs
• An 'Info Tube' that attaches to your sign to distribute brochures
• Brochures that you can print from your computer
  (see Sample Brochure and Sample Photo Sheet)

Additional Directional Signs are available for $8 each.
Open House Signs are available for $6 each (see Open House Sign)

You can send us up to 12 photos, or if you like, we can come out to your property and take digital photos for you.
* There is a $40 Photo Shoot fee if we come to your property to take photos for you.
