List Your Property

This is the quickest way to get your listing online. Here's how it works:

1. Click on Create an Account to get started.

2. Follow the step-by-step instructions to enter information about your property.

3. During the online set-up process, you can upload your photos.

4. You can pay for your listing securely online by credit card or select to pay by check or cash.

5. Once you set up your listing, we will contact you to schedule a time to deliver your signs. If you are paying by check or cash, we will pick up your payment when we deliver your signs.

When setting up a listing yourself, we try to make it as easy as possible for you:

• You can return to your listing anytime to add more information or upload photos.
• You can set up your listing in advance and display your listing at a later date.
• If you have any trouble setting up your listing, we're available by phone/e-mail to help you.

If paying by credit card, your listing can be displayed online immediately. If paying by check/cash, your listing can be displayed the same day we receive your payment.

To make changes to your listing, you can log in to your account anytime. Or contact us by phone/e-mail, and we'll make the changes for you.

When you accept an offer for your property, let us know and we'll attach a 'Sale Pending' sign to your yard sign.

When you sell your property, we'll pick up your yard sign and Info Tube; the directional signs are yours to keep.

When you advertise a home you will need to accept our Service Agreement.

If you would feel more comfortable letting us set up your listing for you, we'd be happy to do that. We can meet with you in person, take your information by phone, or you can send us your property information by e-mail, fax or mail. • OR meet with us in person to fill out your form

2. Send us Photos of Your Property

• E-mail us up to 12 photos
• OR burn the photos onto a CD
• OR give us prints and we'll scan them for you
• OR we can come out to your property and take high-quality digital photos for you. (There is a $40 Photo Shoot fee for this service.)

3. Schedule a Time for Us to Drop Off Your Signs and Pick Up Your Payment
